1: Lease Purchase (Conditional sale with a balloon):
Consists of: Deposit - Monthly Payments - Balloon Payment (End of contract payment). The balloon payment is a secured amount which can be paid off at the end in order to keep your vehicle. Lease purchase has a fixed Interest Rate. At the end of the agreement simply pay the balloon to keep the car or choose another car using any equity that is left in the contract.
2: PCP (Personal Contract Purchase):
Consists of Deposit - Monthly Payments (normally over a 48-month time frame) - GFV (Guaranteed Future Value).
This product has greater flexibility than the previous Lease Purchase and can have a greater amount differed to the end of the agreement which means it can result in cheaper monthly payments. The agreement is based on annual estimated mileage, deposit, and length of term. This will then help in calculating your monthly payments. At the end of the agreement, you can simply return the car if it is under the agreed mileage and in good condition as there is nothing more to pay. The option of purchasing the car is also available, simply pay the outstanding amount of agreement or your can trade in the vehicle as equity against your new purchase from Gotham Bespoke.
3. Hire Purchase:
Consists of a Deposit and Monthly payments, the length of the agreement is agreed and this product as a fixed interest rate also which means that you know exactly how much to budget for each month. Once all the payments are completed then the vehicle is yours to keep. You can if you wish, pay off the remainder of the agreement early and you can also pay off lump sums at any time.
4. Paying outright for the Vehicle:
Gotham Bespoke Ltd can and will accept the total amount of a vehicles sale price through cash, Visa/Debit card (Charges do apply) and Bank Transfer.
